Questions about Inventory

Can I count by the case?

Yes. Track an item as a case or pack and count sealed cases plus the units left in the open one.

Does it track expiration dates?

Yes. Shelf life is estimated from food-safety guidance, and a manager can approve an extension with a reason. Every extension is recorded.

Can I bring my existing item list?

Yes. Import a CSV using the template, then set par levels and starting counts at your own pace.

Can I run more than one location?

Yes. Items and counts are kept per location, and you can record transfers between them.

Start with one shelf.

Add your first items today and watch the numbers fill in.
